What does a typical session look like?

Depending on the session they can take 60-90 minutes and are done one-on-one, with a combination of sitting and standing. The standing portions can be adapted to sitting for people who can’t stand. 

We will sit and talk for a while about any goals or things you would like to work on in your life.  This is not therapy, but it is good for us to know what you are looking to work on. 

The sessions are mostly non-verbal healing that involves minimal physical touch (touch your shoulder or top of head a couple of times).

Over the course of the session, we work around your body, using our hands and crystals to work in their energetic structure. 

Following the actual session we will sit and talk to answer any questions you may have.  

You as the recipient don’t have to DO anything, per say; you can simply receive. You can be meditating, planning your dinner, thinking of your cat… it makes no difference. The healing works regardless!

Who can benefit from Energy Healing?

Everyone can benefit from Energy Healing.  Whether you are struggling with mental or emotional difficulties, experiencing physical discomfort, or are looking to bring your mind, body, and spirit into alignment, you can benefit from our services.  Energy Healing opens you to a deeper sense of ease, well-being and purpose, and brings you back to your true self.

There is often a misconception that you need to be spiritual to be open and receptive to energy healing.  Energy healing is readily available to everyone who is interested and willing to receive it.  You don’t need to be spiritual or hypersensitive to energies to benefit from an energy healing treatment.  As humans we all have an energetic body that needs to be balanced and taken care of regularly.

I’m skeptical…does that make a difference?

Nope! You as the recipient don’t have to “believe” in the modality or energy healing in order to benefit from the session. You will benefit regardless. Energy Healing is based in scientific fact. Everything in the universe is composed of molecules that are vibrating at various frequencies, The molecules located within your bodies are constantly vibrating radiating positive or negative, balanced or unbalanced, open or closed frequencies. When our bodies are misaligned energetically and radiating low-vibrational frequencies, it an materialize into physical and emotional dis-ease.

How can this help me?

Energy healing can help heal the effects of physical and emotional traumas. Our energetic bodies are intertwined with our physical bodies.  All the traumas we carry physically, emotionally, and psychologically impact the functionality of our energy systems and vice versa.  To maintain vibrant health the body needs its energies to have energetic space to flow freely through the body.  When energies become blocked because of traumas, toxins, prolonged stress and muscular constrictions, it creates disturbances in the energy flow in our bodies.  This over time contributes to mental, emotional issues and/or ailments and physical disease.


Are there any risks?

Energy work moves stagnant energy and brings more light into your etheric field, vitality and alignment to help you move towards freedom.  During a session you will feel little to no physical discomfort.  As the blockages are being released an chakras are being balanced you may experience a rebalancing process that may evoke a variety of emotions or physical sensations like; tiredness, emptiness, light headedness, joy, anger, peace, etc.  This usually occurs when a deeply embedded trauma or attachment is finally released from the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.  It is essential to allow your mind, body and soul to acknowledge that trauma that has been released during your energy healing and allow new light, healing energies to fill that space. Every person has their own experience. 

You may feel different after a session and there are practices you can do to help integrate the energy.  Meditation, journaling, yoga, having a spiritual community and taking time for contemplation are all excellent tools in this process.
