Abby a certified JourneyDance facilitator, and Master's student in Expressive Dance/Movement Therapy Discover the confidence, inner wisdom, emotional health, and spiritual connection that comes from embodied movement. Abby is also a certified Kripalu yoga teacher offering yoga at Shamballa Saturday mornings. Abby is passionate about the transformative power of movement to facilitate embodiment, introspection, and self-compassion.
