As the holiday season approaches, we often find ourselves balancing complex emotions. Life holds a delicate balance—fragility and resilience, confidence and fear, grief and joy.

This workshop, Release to Receive, invites you to explore the power of releasing to create space for something new. The act of letting go can feel daunting, but releasing burdens can be a profound step towards healing.

What might happen if you allowed yourself to let go of anger, pain, regret, or fear? How might it feel to receive peace, calm, or maybe a little bit of joy in its place?

Join special guests Susan Anderson and Michelle Itzkowitz for this 90 minute special class on Dec 14th.

Sue Andersen is a compassionate guide specializing in helping individuals navigate the complexities of grief through the healing practices of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness. After experiencing the profound loss of her son in 2012, Sue discovered the transformative power of yoga in her own healing journey. This inspired her to become a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, earning certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Grief Movement. With a teaching style rooted in mindfulness and connection, Sue supports her students in finding balance, peace, and strength as they explore their own paths to healing and renewal.

 Michelle Itzkowitz is a seasoned yoga teacher and trainer with years of experience guiding students on their wellness journeys. A student of yoga for over 35 years, Michelle has studied with leaders in the yoga community in various parts of the world. Known for her compassionate teaching style and deep understanding of yoga philosophy, she specializes in helping individuals cultivate strength, balance, and mindfulness both on and off the mat.
