YIN YOGA

Join certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor Abby Polk for a gently, relaxing, and meditative evening practice.

This class is open to all levels. We will calm the nervous system and release physical tension in the muscles and fascia through pranayama (breath), movement, and long stretches.

Abby is excited to share the joy that comes with moving our bodies at Shamballa Healing Center’s light filled space.
